APNX purchase

Stockholders Good news with current 10K

March 28, 2010

As interest builds in APNX as an investment, the marketmakers look to buy low and sell high.  Looking at the pink sheets for APNX http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=apnx you will find market makers bidding the low price of $.091 and offering shares at $.14.  They know the value of this companies shares.  If someone will sell them shares at their bid price, they in turn will make a nice profit.   Investors have to hold for the price they know the stock is worth.   The market will catch up to the companies potential price increase in its shares.  Profit has always driven the market.  APNX is making a profit with vg sales.  I am holding on.

March 12, 2010

I continue to hold this stock for profits. The trading range of a profitable stock as noted in their recent 10K issued today should be much higher than its current level. Stock price history shows a trading range of $.35 to $.50 for over a year during 2007- Oct 2008. Trading volume is no different than now. It dropped suddenly in Oct 2008 developing a much lower trading range. It has yet to recover despite its profitabity and revenues. When you next discover there are only 7.5 million shares of actively traded shares, it suddenly makes it a rare valuable jewell among the penny stocks. A good time to consider buying.

As always there is a caveat. I own shares. I bought them because I believe in the company and will promote an investment based on the reasons why I spent my hard earned income for this company's stock. I will gain if an increased interest is built based on the evidence. So will the many who help APNX reach a new trading range much higher than todays closing price.

Today's press release announces APNX as one of the top 150 vendors to the USPS. This recognizes APNX 6 year award to provide air services. They just completed their first year of the contract. They have 5 more years, continue to be profitable, equipment they can use to grow. The press release has been picked up by Marketwire and PR Inside Austria. The price of $.085 per share being offered continues to be undervalue. Those who have shares to sell understand this and are holding for $.125 which is even low. The trading value of APNX should be higher. It traded between $.30 and $.50 for 2.5 years. Why because it was profitable. Sales were strong and over $10 million dollars. APNX information hasn't changed to cause the slide the price took late 08 to now. The only reason I see is it is a penny stock and like all penny stocks during the tough economy of the last two years, the stock price dropped. It is now time for the company to be discovered again and reach new highs. It is only time.

March 4, 2010 APNX continues its daily trend of no trades. Buyers and sellers are not able to agree on a price. This is common in low volume stocks. APNX for some reason is not actively traded. It is an unknown. APNX news releases are sparse. There is a balance that is needed with press releases. When there is legitimate news, they are issued. APNX has taken this road. This is good news for investors. To build volume, more press releases to educate the public about the company needs to be released. Who are the owners. More. I continue to write about it and have invested. Lets see what Friday holds for us.

March 3, 2010

Alpine Air's CEO Gene Mallette recently noted the following: "It is our relationship with the U.S. Postal Service that is the core of our business" The US Post Office announced they are looking to cut costs. Will this impact Alpine Airs business? Possibly. Airpine's US Post Office contract is for US Airmail services. US Airmail services are profitable for the post office. This core business for Alpine may or should not be affected. As investors, it is time now to ask the CEO Gene Mallette to respond to this concern. Hearing it from him will provide more credibility than my assessment. Companies need to learn to respond quickly to potential loss of revenue. Alpine cannot ignore this news from the US Post office.

Good news we can appreciate and confirms its value even with the uncertainty of the US Post Office contract is Mr. Gene Mallettes comment "Although we're fortunate to be diversified in contracts with international cargo firms, and ad-hoc charter services". Being diversified is outstanding news we must remember as we hold firm for the higher value APNX is worth. The US contract is also for 6 years. Even if the company loses a small portion of its revenue, the impact is minimal. Alpine Air's stock is still worth more than its current value. Hold on investors, this company's stock continues to be a great investment.

March 2, 2010

Again, it was lackluster day for APNX. Nobody bought, nobody sold. No trades were executed. The reason is the ask is higher than the bid. Those who have the stock know what they have and won't sell unless they get the price they are asking. At some point, the market will discover this discrepancy causing it to move upwards quickly. When you see an investor sell this stock for the bid price or lower than it's value, it is either a move to control the price by someone who wants to earn profit from someone's desparation. Why be desparate. A company with valid sales numbers, profit and a great plan cannot stay at this penny stock level. It's trading range should be much higher. Hold on tight if APNX issues another positive press release. If not it is still worth more than $.125 its' current asking price.

March 1, 2010

APNX had no volume today. To me this is great news. Why trade a stock for less than it is worth. Does it mean there is no market? Not really. There are 34 million shares of stock for APNX. All of the shareholders represented have no reason to sell at a price lower than the company's value. There will always be buyers for discounted shares because there is opportunity to make money off someone's desperation to sell. Owners (stockholders) are willing to hold on for the long haul. The company is managed well, continues to be profitable, looking to grow with possible India route and is a company to watch. This company has been as high as $.35 a share in the last year. From what I see, I do not find a reason for the drop to its current levels. The companies financials doesn't warrant this low stock price. When will the market discover APNX's value? It will take more good news from APNX to help generate more interest and an increased market.

As an investor, I am working to understand why one stock with only press releases moves upward while another with minimal press releases and sales of $20 million dollars with profits has little market interest. I just did a hub comparing a promoted stock by Penny stock chaser and APNX who I am promoting. We both have invested in our companies. My investment of 4200 shares has no impact on its price. Since I bought the stock has dropped, suspicious for sure, but dropped. Penny stock chaser's investment in HSCO is over 200,000 shares. The average share volume of HSCO is 67,500 so a huge purchase would have a major impact in the stock. Additional comparison is done with risk, financial information and other criteria. HSCO is over $1.00, APNX at the current time $.085. Check out the comparative hub I just finished. Of course I am biased. I am biased based on my analysis of the facts. Learn more than let me know what you think.

I began to think about this suspicious trade more. With automation the way it is, one buyer could have two accounts they use to enter an order for a buy and a sell transaction. This may be what occured here. The investor may have entered an order to sell 10,000 shares at $.085 and an order at another account to buy 10,000 shares at $.085. It would have had to have been placed the night before and would have matched right away. This trade did not show up on 2/25 when I looked at the bid and ask visible on the OTC markets page. http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=apnx Today it shows 5000 shares asking for $.125 and bid of 10,000 shares at $.085. There is also an ask of $.50 a share Wishful thinking at this time. Maybe not in the future. Those who ask have to hold firm with their asking price in order for the stock to increase. We will see what happens this next week.

Feb 26, 2010

Stock plummets a whopping 35% from $.135 to $.085 today with one trade of 10,000 shares. First off, who would sell 10,000 shares at this low price. There is no reason to. What is even more interesting is if you look at http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=apnx it shows the trade was at 9:30 am when the market opened. This makes me believe it is a trade that isn't based on actual market interest. It was as if two investors had agreed to trade the shares prior to market opening to see if they could get the price to drop. This is entirely hypothetical and a grasp at straws. What happened is odd. I continue to believe in this company. Alot will happen when the next financial statement is released. If positive, it will cement continued interest of new investors. If not, the stock could continue to be lackluster. I continue to be excited.

Feb 25, 2010

APNX moved higher today with strong volume. The volume continued to remain small yet it was strong purchases in lots of 10,000 yesterday at a higher price and 2 lots of 5000 today at a price still higher or $.135 a share. At this point I have made a small amount. Does APNX have more room to go higher. Yes, I believe so. APNX has strong sales, a government contract, operating profit of over $1 million on their last reported 10K and has bought planes planning for continued growth. I must warn you. I own shares and believe the shares will trade at a much higher range over time. What that is, I don't know and will not state for certain it will reach a price I believe it is worth. Investing has risk. I would rather invest in value than speculation. I have found with speculation, the price drops much faster than one of value. I am holding for profit on my way to $100,000 in a year.

In order to achieve my goal I find I must use every avenue left open to me. Investing is one of the tools to make it happen. It is important to realize that although I do not have $5000 cash to begin this journey, I have taken $500 cash to actually buy stock. For the purpose of achieving my goal I am using the $500 to show my committment to the decisions I make in my investment. It is one thing to buy a stock on paper, another to own it and win or lose based on the decision. If I had $5000 I would buy as much of APNX as the $5000 would allow me. The price stayed firm for two days at around $.10 a share. I waited to share this decision till I had the $500 with my broker to make the buy. By the time I was able to actually buy shares, the price had gone up to $.12. With $5000 I would be able to buy 42,000 shares. This is the basis on which I will report my success or losses.

It is important to know why I have chosen this company as my first investment. It is rare that a penny stock makes money and has actual sales in the millions. In September they announced a $72 million dollar contract with the USPS. Also in September they announce an increase in profit. Number of shares outstanding is 36 million. Small number of shares.

APNX is an interesting play. It has very small trading volume. It is as if Wall Street has ignored this company. Average shares traded daily is around 5000 shares. I actually bought 4200 shares at $.12. What I see is those who own the stock don't really want to sell. The potential for this stock looks good. Profit, small number of shares and sales numbers all are reasons to invest in APNX. Recently they issued an audited report of their financials. Good news. The audit found the numbers reported to be accurate. They are a must read. Good news for APNX. Take a look at the financials and let me know what you think. At this point I invested because of what I see. I am looking to double or possibly triple my money with APNX. Remember I have as much to lose as I do gain. We will see if I am able to make good decisions with my investments as I shoot for $100,000 in a year.

http://finance.aol.com/quotes/alpine-air-express-inc/apnx/nab To prove an actual purchase was made, you will find documentation of this trade in the photo section. It is a fun journey and one I am excited to make happen. Today there was a strong buy of APNX shares. Two large purchases were made. One was 20,000 shares at $.11 a share, the other right after this buy of 5000 shares at $.12 a share. This shows a beginning interest in these shares as a buy indicator. Higher prices and increased transactions should be the end result. Remember this is my opinion. I have shares and have been studying this stock and believe it I have been wrong many times. Make up your own mind before purchasing.

Todays movement was up. Again small volume, price back up to $.12 a share. This is the price I paid and hope to make money from. Bid continues to try to buy this stock at $.08. The ask price is $.14, a big spread. The bid investor looks to make money from this spread. Buy low, sell for the high, or accumulate. Anyone wishing to sell, needs to hold for the higher price. It will create the market and with it the higher price we know this company's stock is worth.

Today is good news. APNX ask price went up to $.14 a share. It is my point exactly. If there is no interest why sell shares for the low bid. No one has to sell. the company shows a profit, sales are good and a contract for $72 million dollars from the US government. Realize, they do have a couple of claims they are settling with the government. This may be the reason the price is so low. When the announcement is finalized with the result favoring APNX, the stock will climb higher if not before. I continue to believe in it.

February 8 is the beginning of another week for stock investors. Will the market discover APNX? If so, share price will go up. If not, it will hover and drop as the small players control the price. I am excited as I believe the market will win. Yeah.

I just entered a Hub showing similar stocks values from number of shares to sales to profit. When compared to the same size revenue in other companies, APNX looks ready to move. A bigger interest and volume will generate higher values. Good luck

It is a great leap, but common sense is not prevailing. When is a profitable company not a great investment. I hope sanity will prevail.

Fascinating - best of luck on your "great leap forward."

(Sure hope I don't regret not throwing my own $500 in!)

My goal is to make money with my investments. I may sell at some point before the stock reaches it's most profitable position. I will set limits where I will sell if profits are made to prevent losses. It is important to remember investing in stocks isn't guaranteed success. I do not have a crystal ball. I have bought based on my assessment only. Be sure to do your homework before investing. There are no guarantees.

Today continues to reflect strength in the price. Bid ask price is low, no reason to sell. APNX is a stronger company than price shows. Sept 2009 financials show profits up, revenue down. Over a year ago, Book Value was $.38 a share. It is a well run company, believe price should be closer to book value. I have bought 4200 shares and am hanging on.
